Process to make different types of ID cards and send to multiple email address using ID Cards Maker - Corporate Edition

Step 1: Install ID Cards Maker - Corporate Edition on Windows PC or Laptop in your organization to create ID cards.

Step 2: Run DRPU ID Card Designer - Corporate Edition, select “Design using Pre-Defined Templates” option to design ID cards using pre-defined template as per your industry.

Step 3: Select ‘Template Category’ from ‘Pre-Defined’ option as per your industry, choose card sample, select card size and click on ‘Fill User Profile’ option.

Step 4: Add user details and photo on front side of ID card using various designing objects including text, line, ellipse, rectangle, symbols, custom shapes, picture, image library, signature, barcode, watermark etc with their properties. Specify card shape, size and background using ‘Card Properties’.

Step 5: Similarly design back side of ID card with all required details, photo and various designing objects.

Step 6: For sending designed ID card to single or multiple email addresses, go to “Mail” menu and click on “Send Mail” option. Now click on “Email Settings” button to configure sender email account. In appeared Window, fill sender information, server information and click on “Save” button.

Step 7: Now enter email ID or click on “Browse” button to import multiple email IDs from excel file and enter subject. Adjust “Mail Sending Settings” to send Front Side, Back Side or Both Sides of ID card and other mail settings as per requirement and press ‘OK’ button.

Step 8: Now press “Send” button to start email sending process.

Step 9: If you want to print generated ID card, go to Standard Toolbar and click on “Print” option. Adjust printing settings as per required manner and press “Print” button.
